Notice of BMFA Northern Area AGM & Committee ‘ZOOM’ Meeting – Wednesday 22nd Octoberber 2025

The BMFA Northern Area AGM & Committee ‘ZOOM’ meeting is on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 @ 7.30pm.

The AGM will be followed by the normal area meeting.

The provisional agenda is below. Any other relevant documents will be circulated to all meeting registered attendees prior to the meeting.

Each area club is entitled to have one voting delegate at the committee meetings.

Other club members are welcome to attend (subject to meeting space availability). If the meeting is oversubscribed, this will be managed on a first come first served basis. Only the nominated area delegate or their representative, has voting rights at the meeting.

A few days prior to the meeting we will send out a reminder email to all registered attendees together with the meeting agenda and any other documents that may be required.
